Aloe, watercress, and comfrey seal in moisture for greater elasticity. The curved applicator brush helps you distribute the gel evenly from lash root to tip. Use it under mascara during the day and as a bedtime treatment.
DIRECTIONS: Use as a mascara base in the morning and as a treatment at bedtime. Gently and evenly brush a small amount of tonic onto lash roots and sweep outward towards tips.
INGREDIENTS: water, swertia japonica extract, placental protein, butylene glycol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, nasturtium officinale extract, symphytum officinale leaf extract, panax ginseng root extract, carbomer, aminomethyl propanol, methylparaben, xanthan gum, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate.

After 14 applications, the serum was dispersed and there were large air pockets throughout the vial. Also, the applicators was now almost dry.C&D told me that they checked 100 vials they had in stock and they were all the same, and that the serum settles to the bottom. I have never heard of liquid 'settling'. i paid $9.73 + about $5+ for s&h and C&D refunded $5.00 but when i wrote them again and complained that the applicator was nearly dry, they told me that i should purchase it from another seller. In addition, the directions were for eyelashes only. This product came in a box marked 'DHC eyelash tonic'.
